What is the difference between a Standard and a SAM?

The Standard is 80” long and 24” inches wide with a solid tabletop. Meanwhile the SAM 1200 is 4 inches longer – 84” long and 24” wide – and has a rear drop out panel. These offer different side extensions, otherwise all accessories for the SAM and Standard are the same.

What is model # 2031?

Model #2031 is the Standard 1000 Air lift.

Does the dolly (part #10732) work for my lift?

Our dolly will work on the following models: SAM 1000/1200, Standard 1000/1200, RAM hydraulic lift.

Does the BUL lift offer a tabletop accessory?

Currently there is not a tabletop option for the BUL lift. It is something that is being looked into in engineering.

How do I set up my foot pedal to the lift?

  1. (B) – plug
  2. (P) – air to the foot pedal
  3. (A) – air from the pedal to the lift cylinder/air bag
  4. (R1 & R2) – keep mufflers as is

Do you have parts for the GC-30 Gas Caddy pump?

Any replacement parts needed for the GPI gas caddy pumps will need to be purchased directly through our supplier: Great Plains Industries. We do not carry these replacement parts. Older Handy pumps are discontinued and there are not any replacement parts for them.  You will need to upgrade the pumps to a GPI pump.

What does a lift come with?

Lifts come with an entry ramp, foot pedal, and air hose. Any accessories would be an additional item to purchase.

Do you have a rebuild kit for cylinders?

We offer 2 seal kits: 6” seal kit (#11183) and an 8” seal kit (#15574). To determine which one you need, please measure the diameter of your cylinder. If you are not sure, please call us with dimensions and basic information about your lift and we would be glad to help!

Can I convert my electric lift into a pneumatic life?

No.  This is not an option to convert the lifts from electric to air.

Is assembly required?

The PITBULL (#38050), Multi Lifts (#10738 and 14691), and Tear down table (#11505), and Gruntavore lift, extension package only (#16867G) all require assembly. All our other lifts come fully assembled. Certain accessories may require some assembly as well.

Are trikes able to go on the 1200 series lifts?

No – 1200 series of lifts are not rated for trikes and putting on one will void warranties. Our heavier duty lifts (1500 lb. and up) have options for trike kits.

Can I track my order status online?

We do not currently have a system setup for that. Please contact our sales department for any updates you may need on orders.

What is the price for shipping?

We include the price for shipping to any of the lower 48 states of the US. What you see on our website is the price to your door! An additional fee of $30.00 would be applicable if liftgate delivery is required. Please contact our sales department if you are interested in purchasing products but live outside of the lower 48 states.

Can I get the accessories in a different color besides black?

No – all accessories will come black texture.
